Resetting password using the SADP tool
This method is only applicable using IP recorders and camera’s
Download and install the SADP tool then move onto the next steps below
Step 1
Select the device you want to reset.
Step 2
Click on forgot password.
Step 3
Select export and export and save file on your PC, email that file to [email protected] and you will be sent another file.
Step 4
Use the file that was sent back to your email and then go to import and select the file you received and then under that set a new password.
